Order Confirmation: The work will commence only after either (a) full payment has been made via Bank Transfer, or (b) a valid Proof of Payment (POP) has been received by us.
Accepted Payment Method: We exclusively accept payments via Bank Transfer.
Currency: All prices and payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
No Refunds: Due to the nature of SEO work and the immediate allocation of resources, once the job has started (i.e., after payment confirmation/POP receipt), no refunds or cancellations will be granted. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
No Guarantees: You acknowledge and agree that we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to, specific search engine rankings, website traffic increases, or sales volumes. Search engine optimisation is an evolving field, and results are dependent on numerous external factors outside of our direct control.
Best Efforts: We warrant that the SEO services will be performed with due care and diligence and to the best of our ability, following generally accepted industry standards.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SEO Durban be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your purchase or use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service package in question.
